The Executive of the Chamber meets monthly, usually on the first Wednesday of each month, when Chamber business and administration matters are dealt with.

The executive comprises President, Secretary, Treasurer and up to seven executive committee members.

The Chamber currently has the services of a secretarial firm, Creative Business Solutions, with owner Anita Plath as secretary.

The Executive of the Chamber is democratically elected on an annual basis from Redland business people, with the position of president only being held by the same person for a maximum period of three consecutive years.

Many of the people on the Executive have held positions for a number of years; this has built an excellent degree of experience and stability. All positions are declared vacant at the Annual General Meeting, held during March each year.
