The Redland City Retail Association is responsible for the The Commonwealth Bank 2010 Redland Retail Awards.
The committee is currently developing the Values, Mission, Aims and Objectives of the new Association, to be able to bring much more than just the ‘Awards'.
It is envisaged that over the next six to twelve months the Association will roll out information on its proposed activities, benefits and more. One of the Committee's first tasks was to develop a newsletter for distribution to retail businesses and interested persons in the Redlands. Redland Retail Association News. The Committee decided last year that a name change would demonstrate the organisation's commitment to continue to assist to develop the Retail sector in the Redlands. Originally this committee was known as the ‘Redlands Retail Awards Committee' then ‘Redlands Retail Development Committee' and now is transitioning to be the ‘Redland City Retail Association'.
