Ian and Lisa Kerr established the very first Kip McGrath Centre in the Wynnum/ Redlands area in 1990. They were attracted to Kip McGrath Education Centres as they both loved teaching but wanted to be able to do this in a different environment to the classroom.

They had both worked in the public and private Education system as teachers and heads of department but were looking for something more. They really wanted to be able to help those children who for a huge variety of reasons were and still are being left behind by the system.

Kip McGrath Cleveland’s reputation has been built on 18 years of Maths & English Tutoring for primary and secondary students. They have helped thousands of children to experience success in school.

Now with the introduction of challenging courses both for pre-schoolers and tertiary students they can now help in more ways than ever before.
