This policy is applicable to all Redland City Chamber of Commerce products and services , whether specified on this website, www.redlandchamber.org.au, or otherwise purchased by you.
In purchasing any Products or Services from Redland City Chamber of Commerce you agree that you have read, understood and accepted the terms and conditions of this Refund Policy. Do not purchase any Products or Services if you do not accept these Terms.
Money Back Guarantee
Redland City Chamber of Commerce offers a 30 day money back guarantee. If you are not 100% satisfied within the first 30 days of having made your purchase with us please email us for a complete refund. Products or services will not be refunded after this period.
Deposits and Payments
Deposits for products and services are non-refundable. Final payments will be refunded only if you are able to clearly and objectively prove that the product or service delivered by Redland City Chamber of Commerce does not suit the use for which it was intended, as communicated in writing by you.
Cancellation of any Service Plan must be done in writing with 30 days notice.
In the event that you cannot attend a course or a confirmed training session, a full refund will be given when cancellation is notified more than 48 hours prior to the training date. Otherwise a refund, less an administration charge of $50, will be given. Refunds will be processed within 7 working days of notification of cancellation.
Adhoc Training and Support
Provision of adhoc training and support services are non-refundable.
